Four moves
Take your spins from code to cash
You will know each step that turns a code into spins and spins into money you can take out.
Where does the link go?
Register with your email address, since that is what you sign in with, and give your real name as it appears on your ID. Watch the email field: the confirmation link sent there unlocks your spins.
Spins in, before the deposit
Type the code for the offer you want, MOONDEP1, MOONDEP2, MOONREELS or MOONMORESPINS, into the promo box before you continue. Miss the box and the reels stay empty, which is why most spins look lost.
Is your wallet allowed?
Where an offer asks for a payment, fund the account with at least A$13 and keep Skrill and Neteller out of it. Paying less than the minimum, or through those two wallets, leaves the code unclaimed.
Moon Casino fixes the slot
Open the slot named in the offer, Gonzo's Quest, Gates of Olympus or Wolf Gold depending on the code, and nothing else. Moon Casino ties those spins to that one game at a fixed stake, so another slot shows no spins at all.

Want in on Wolf Gold?
Claim 30 spins at A$0.20 on Wolf Gold by depositing A$30 or more and entering MOONMORESPINS. Winnings carry a 30x wagering over 5 days.

Copy of your ID, address and card is enough to collect 25 spins at A$0.10 on Cool Jewels. Wagering sits at 20x over 3 days, and the spins last 2 days.

Moon Casino daily wheel
One wheel turn is yours every day, with up to 100 spins among the prizes. Nothing to deposit for the turn itself, but the winning terms come with the result.
Moon Casino leaderboards
Weekly tournaments pay 200 spins to the top place and rewards down to 10th. Your play during the week is the entry, so check the board as you go.
Moon Casino birthday gift
On your birthday, 20 spins with 20x wagering are added to your account with no code needed. Details come from your profile, so keep it current.
You will know exactly which of the six causes swallowed your spins and how to fix it.
One slot only
Spins of an offer unlock in one named slot only, so check the slot in the terms. Swap to it, reload the game and look again.
Moon Casino allows one claim
A household, device or person gets one set of spins without deposit, so a second claim fails. Use the account that first took them.
Fresh spins for the next batch
Each batch of spins carries activation days, and unused ones vanish after that. Claim the next batch within its window from the offers page.
Before confirmation, no spins
Spins without deposit wait until your identity or phone number is confirmed. Finish verification in your account settings, then reopen the bonus section.

Moon Casino reels
Moon Casino slots behind the spins
18+Moon Casino keeps spin value fixed per slot, so each reel plays exactly as the offer promises.
NetEnt
Gonzo's Quest
NetEnt's avalanche classic takes 217 spins at A$0.10 from the welcome package, then 25 more at A$0.10 on deposit two. 217 free spins · Welcome package · Deposit 1; 25 free spins · Welcome package · Deposit 2
Spadegaming's fortune reel carries 20 spins at A$0.10 every Wednesday, and the winnings carry no wagering at all. 20 free spins · Wednesday, Friday, Saturday · Wednesday
You worry the winnings disappear at withdrawal, so here is each rule that stands between them and your bank.
One claim, then nothing
One set of spins without deposit belongs to a person, a household and a device, so a duplicate claim voids the MOONREELS winnings. Keep to a single account.
Bonus balance first
Whatever the reels pay lands in your bonus balance, not your cash balance. It converts only after the wagering on the offer is cleared in full.
The 40x on MOONREELS winnings
Winnings from MOONREELS carry a 40x wagering on the winnings, so A$1.93 of expected win means about A$77.20 of play before any cashout.
Mid-wagering bet cap
While you clear that wagering, no single bet may pass A$3 on the spins without deposit. Larger bets can void the bonus and the winnings with it.
What spins pay in cash
Face value against expected win
One spin at its set value, times the count, gives face value; the slot RTP trims the expected win, and wagering then sets the real turnover.
No deposit
10 × A$0,20 = A$2,00 → about A$1,93 (RTP 96.5%) → A$1,93 × 40x = A$77,20 · Max A$100
Welcome package · Deposit 1
217 × A$0,10 = A$21,70 → about A$20,83 (RTP 96%, average value) → A$20,83 × 25x = A$520,75
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday · Wednesday
20 × A$0,10 = A$2,00 → about A$1,92 (RTP 96%, average value) → No wagering

Spin questions
Moon Casino: the questions players ask
Worth reading once your spins sit in your account and the small print starts to matter.
trustHow do I withdraw what my free spins win?+
Winnings arrive as bonus money and stay locked until you meet the wagering. Clear it within the stated days and the balance moves to cash, ready for a withdrawal to your own account after verification.
trustWhat if I want spins without any wagering?+
No. Every offer here carries a wagering requirement, the lightest being the Wednesday Cai Shen Ye spins at 20 times. Nothing on the list pays out without play-through, so treat any spin as bonus money first.
trustWhen can I claim both the no deposit spins and the welcome ones?+
Yes, in that order. Begin with the MOONREELS spins on Gates of Olympus, then claim MOONDEP1 when you deposit, and the welcome total reaches 242 spins across the two deposits.
trustHow long do I have before the spins expire unused?+
Never. Each batch of spins is tied to one named slot, and the fixed value only applies there. Opening another game leaves the spins sitting unused until their expiry day.
trustDo I need to reach VIP level 5 for the biggest spin drop?+
The top tier, 500 spins a month, needs VIP level 5. If you want volume without a VIP climb, the Friday drop reaches 75 spins on Dead Or Alive 2 for a A$30 deposit.
trustWhen can I change how much each spin is worth?+
It stays put. Spin value is set per offer, from A$0.10 on Gonzo's Quest up to A$0.20 on Gates of Olympus and Wolf Gold, and no setting lets you raise or lower it.
trustWhat if something goes wrong with my spins, who regulates you?+
Moon Casino Ltd. holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/461/2016 at Portomaso, Birkirkara. If a dispute over spin winnings goes unresolved with support, you have a named regulator to approach.
Control kept while the reels turn
Spins never oblige you to deposit again or to keep spinning. Set your own deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders before you start, take a cooling-off period when the game stops feeling like a choice, and reach Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia or BetStop if you want outside support. Players must be 18 or over.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can put in over a period you choose, so a losing run cannot grow past a figure you set.
Cooling-off periods. Pauses your account for a set stretch, keeping the option to come back when the break ends.
Self-exclusion. Blocks play for a fixed term you pick, and BetStop extends that block across every licensed operator in Australia.
